International Access to Information Day 2022
UQ is proud to support International Access to Information Day (IAI Day), held annually across the world on 28 September.
UQ acknowledges the important role that public access to information plays in building trust with communities and individuals. UQ remains committed to raising greater awareness and understanding of government-held information, and to promoting greater access to such information.
As part of Queensland's IAI Day 2022 celebrations, UQ is especially proud to support this year’s Solomon Lecture, “The importance of truth through Aboriginal eyes”, to be delivered by Mr Ian Hamm, Chair of the Stolen Generations Reference Group, from 10.30am on 28 September 2022 at the State Library of Queensland. You can register for free to attend the lecture and panel discussion in-person, or watch it live online.
Recordings of previous Solomon Lectures are available here.
