The UQ disclosure log makes non-personal information disclosed to an applicant under the Right to Information Act 2009 available to a wider public audience. It contains only information that has been released under a formal Right to Information access application that UQ considers to be of potential interest to other members of the public.

There are certain exceptions to what information may be published on a disclosure log. A primary exception is that if an application contains the personal information of the applicant (anywhere in a document) it will not be published. Where pages are blank because of decision-making processes, these pages are not included in the disclosure log.

Details of an access application are recorded in the disclosure log after an application has been decided. Each application listed is identified by its application ID and is available for download as a PDF, where possible.

UQ also has routine information available via the Publication Scheme, with documents available for download free of charge. If you still cannot find the information, you may make a formal application for access under the RTI Act.
