The Vice-Chancellor has delegated power to carry out an internal review, to the Chief Operating Officer. If the University receives an application for internal review of an original decision made under the RTI or IP Acts, the Chief Operating Officer will review the decision and either affirm or vary the decision.
All internal review applications must be made in writing and:

Your application must:
- state the grounds for review (eg. objecting to a document being exempt from disclosure); and
- be lodged within 20 business days after the date of the written notice of the decision.
